Life as Newlyweds!

When people say that marriage is simply living with your best friend for the rest of your life they are exactly right! We LOVE being married! We have had so much fun together these past two months! I chopped off my hair, we moved into an awesome apartment, we both have jobs that we LOVE (Tyler works at the Radio station here on campus, and I work in the student records and registration department), and we have been called as Sunday School Teachers! Life as a newlywed is so much fun!!

My new hair do!! It is so much easier to take care of now, and it looks a LOT healthier!

For our first Valentines Day together Tyler was a sweetheart and surprised me after work with these roses, chocolates, and stamps so I could send off the last of my thank you cards!

Tyler also bought me rice crispy cereal so I could make rice crispy treats in the shape of lips and hearts! They were super yummy, if I do say so myself!

Here are some pictures of our new apartment! We have had so much fun decorating it and making it our own! This is our front room! Yes, we do have a Texas flag hanging in our front room, and we LOVE it! We have not been able to put pictures in some of our picture frames yet, but we have them placed where we want them so when we do get pictures developed we can just slip them in the frames!

This is our Kitchen! It is super nice for just the two of us! We were blessed to get so many kitchen gadgets for our wedding, so it makes it fun to cook and use all the fun things we got!

This is the second part of our living room! We got that couch for only $30 at D.I! We just wont tell y'all how much the slip cover cost! $$$$
