Yellowstone

Over Memorial Day weekend Tyler and I had the opportunity to go to Yellowstone National Park with my old roommate Jenn and her husband Daniel! We had SOOOO much fun! Yellowstone is filled with natural wonders!
Here is Tyler and I standing in front of the lower falls of the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. The waterfall behind us was HUGE, and BEAUTIFUL! If you can't tell it was snowing when we took this picture!

This is me standing in front of Yellowstone lake!(Time for Kacey to show off her knowledge!) Yellowstone lake is actually a crater to the volcano that lies underneath Yellowstone park! The crater has filled up over time with water and created this HUGE lake! If you can see in the background the beaches have black sand because of all the volcanic rock! If this baby ever erupted, we would all be in BIG trouble!

Here is Tyler looking super handsome in front of the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone! This is his favorite spot in the park!

About five minutes into the park the road was taken over by a heard of buffalo! (Is it sad that I got really hungry after I saw them?) The buffalo came within 2 ft. of our car! It was SUPER crazy and SUPER cool!

Who could go to Yellowstone and not see Ol' Faithful! It was really cold outside, so you can't see the geyser that well! We were able to walk around and see all the other geysers that surround Ol' Faithful- we even got to see one go off which is sometimes rare to see! (Tyler's practicing his modeling poses... just kidding!)
Yellowstone was so beautiful, and had so many amazing features that just make you thankful for Heavenly Father and all the wonderful creations he has put on this Earth!
